- Dinner: At 19:45, the doors of the restaurant in the trophy room of the Sanchez family open. A traditional three-course dinner will be served, including homemade paella, ice cream, and a selection of wines or soft drinks.
- Flamenco Show: At 21:30, the lights go out, and a fabulous flamenco show begins. The show will feature singers, a guitarist, and two flamenco dancers.
